DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking a Human Resources Specialist, Journeyman, to support the Product Manager Radars. PdM Radars portfolio of systems consists of the AN/TPQ-50 Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR), the AN/TPQ-53 Counterfire Target Acquisition Radar (CTAR), Firefinder Family of Systems (e.g. AN/TPQ-36/37), and related Foreign Military Sales (FMS) radar systems.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Assist the tracking of workforce training and development, archives and/or working files.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Ability to receive minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, and arranges meetings.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Human Resources Specialist.
Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
Experience performing various Human Resources functions involving assisting the tracking of workforce training and development, archives and/or working files.

Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.
