DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises (PE) is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler, Journeyman, to support the Product Manager Radars. PdM Radars portfolio of systems consists of the AN/TPQ-50 Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR), the AN/TPQ-53 Counterfire Target Acquisition Radar (CTAR), Firefinder Family of Systems (e.g. AN/TPQ-36/37), and related Foreign Military Sales (FMS) radar systems.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
Prepare integrated master schedules (IMSs) to support all PdM Radars actions.
Identify the requirements and milestones and articulate the inter-relations of discrete tasks.
Track status of all contract actions to ensure timeliness and completeness.
Formulate a re-plan with well-articulated programmatic impacts for missed milestones.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Project.
Ability to create schedules in accordance with best scheduling practices as defined by the Defense Contract Management Agency 14-point schedule health rules.
Ability to defend schedules at the Program Executive Office level.
Ability to create a Master Schedule from smaller component schedules that come from both contractor and other government organizations.
Ability to compute schedule metrics such as Baseline Execution Index (BEI), Critical Path Length Index (CPLI), and Hit/Miss Index.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
Proficiency in DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies and procedures including DoD 5000 series and service-specific guidance (Desired).
Proficiency in the principles and practices of program management (Desired).
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience of Integrated Master Schedule experience is required.
Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree
Experience preparing integrated master schedules (IMSs) to support all scheduling actions.
Experience identifying the requirements and milestones with understanding of and ability to articulate inter-relations of discrete tasks.
Experience tracking status of all contract actions to ensure timeliness and completeness and formulation of a re-plan with well-articulated programmatic impacts for missed milestones.
