This position is contingent upon contract award

Minimum of a BS in Project Management or Business, and at least have ten years of experience as a project manager managing varied and complex contracts. Demonstrated experience in handling government contracts. Have comprehensive knowledge in interpreting requirements. Must have the ability and experience to manage varied complex projects from inception through completion. Should have hands-on experience in field management as well as in-house work. This includes coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and in-house work to meet the requirements of the Government on a timely basis. Proven experience in the management of funds, time, and other resources. The Project Manager may also serve as the Project Engineer provided the candidate meets the qualifications for Project Engineer.

Technical background experience can be either Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Mechanical, Software Engineer, or Computer Scientist.

Experience supporting The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is desired.

This will be supporting an IDIQ contract with multiple task orders. The objective of this contract is to develop and enhance instrumentation designs, fabricate low quantities of prototypes, provide instrumentation user manuals, and design and install test facilities. The workforce you will lead will support efforts such as:

  • Provide routine engineering services in support of testing, test facilities, and instrumentation.

  • Provide on-site instruction and manuals for use and operation of equipment and systems it designs, fabricates, and/or installs.

  • Document lessons learned in the course of design, fabrication, and testing of instrumentation for consideration by subject matter experts for future designs.

Position requires a Secret Clearance
