Description Fielder/New Equipment Trainer, Intermediate (PNT-20-1141-W):
Bowhead seeks Fielder/New Equipment Trainers, Intermediate to support the PNT Product Support contract in Aberdeen, MD. The Fielder/New Equipment Trainer will provide technical, tactical, and logistical insight for the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of PNT portfolio of systems.
Candidate will provide NET, property and inventory management, distribution and 832 transportation management, maintenance of equipment, and facilities support as a function of the 833 equipping/fielding process. Candidate will support the planning, development, and implementation of training programs for 834 users/maintainers of PM PNT products, and conduct operator-level troubleshooting, maintainer-level 835 troubleshooting, and fault correction activities. The candidate will assist the Government to develop, 836 verify, and validate technical guides, manuals, or maintenance manuals IAW associated Military 837 Standards (MIL-STDs) based on (OEM) provided products. The data will be provided from the 838 Government to include embedded Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), engineering 839 documents, Bill of Materials, software and product descriptions to support development of training 840 course content, preparation of lesson plans and materials resulting in Training Support Packages (TSP) 841 IAW MIL-PRF-29612, IAW AR 700-142, CDRL A008. Upon Government approval of TSPs, the Candidate will conduct training sessions and product demonstrations in support of initial NET. The candidate will, as appropriate, revise lesson plans to ensure course material reflect the latest product 844 physical and operational configuration to meet new training requirements and to keep technical 845 information up-to-date.

Requirements • Bachelors Degree; A minimum of seven (7) years of NET/Fielding experience is required
• Eight (8) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree.
• CompTIA Certifications- Security+
• Experience as system administrators, prior to and during fielding’s or operator maintenance.
• Experience with technical, tactical, and logistical insight for the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of PdM portfolio of systems.
• Able to collect data from Army units for the fielding requirements, facilities, manpower support, shipping information, and points of contact.
• Experience developing installation and new equipment training schedule. Experience conducting new equipment and sustainment training at unit locations.
• Experience coordinating assets and resources to ensure adherence to fielding schedules.
• Experience coordinating with PdM in response to system integration requirements and the integration of engineering change orders into previously fielded systems.
• Experience developing and facilitate New Material Introductory Briefs (NMIB) to gaining units, prior to materiel fieldings. Ability to perform technical training that supports the initial transfer of knowledge on the operation and maintenance of new equipment as a means of establishing a training capability.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
