Job Description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is searching for a proved Operations Manager to join our team as the company on-site Program Manager supporting PdM Radars at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. Job duties include:

  • Work closely with corporate leadership to successfully transition effort within contract-mandated 30-day period.

  • Work closely with Radiance Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure task order is executed with excellence.

  • Act as primary customer interface for the company and ensure effective and consistent lines of communication, coordination, and control/decision making between program stakeholders.

  • Provide day-to-day oversight of Radiance and subcontractor staff.

  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs

  • Experience meeting with customers to define requirements, review progress, review deliverables, and define future milestones

  • Experience interviewing, hiring, and training new technical and programmatic staff

  • Experience managing T&M, CPFF and FFP efforts

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Prior experience supporting PdM Radars

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field

  • Active Secret Clearance

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years leadership/supervisory experience within a DoD or DoD contractor setting.

  • Prior experience as an on-site Program Manager
