Radiance Technologies Operations Manager in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland
Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community customers, is searching for a proved Operations Manager to join our team as the company on-site Program Manager supporting PdM Radars at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. Job duties include:
Work closely with corporate leadership to successfully transition effort within contract-mandated 30-day period.
Work closely with Radiance Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure task order is executed with excellence.
Act as primary customer interface for the company and ensure effective and consistent lines of communication, coordination, and control/decision making between program stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day oversight of Radiance and subcontractor staff.
Other duties as assigned
Experience responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
Experience meeting with customers to define requirements, review progress, review deliverables, and define future milestones
Experience interviewing, hiring, and training new technical and programmatic staff
Experience managing T&M, CPFF and FFP efforts
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Prior experience supporting PdM Radars
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field
Active Secret Clearance
Minimum 10 years leadership/supervisory experience within a DoD or DoD contractor setting.
Prior experience as an on-site Program Manager
