Veteran Corps is currently seeking well qualified candidates in anticipation of the Army's PdM Radars Contract effort. Current contract incumbents are encouraged to apply.
Experience with engineering support for ground based target acquisition radars with an emphasis on counter rocket, artillery, mortar and air surveillance performance.
Experience developing and reviewing requirements generation and baselines, system and subsystem specifications for elements of a radar sensor based on top-level radar system requirements, systems architecture and integration, test strategies and methodologies to evaluate new or competing radar designs, identifying shortcomings in radar performance, diagnose root causes, and develop design changes or corrective action and interface with multi-disciplinary product development team in support of design, integration and test.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree, Engineering
A minimum of five (5) years of Radar Engineering experience is required
Substitution: Four (4) additional years of related experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active DoD clearance at the Secret level
