Roles & Responsibilities
RBR is a growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is expanding its capabilities delivery footprint across the National Security Agency (NSA). To meet this demand, RBR Technologies, Inc. is hiring Process Engineers to satisfy a host of delivery opportunities throughout the Enterprise. In summary, Process Engineer scope includes, but is not limited to the below:
Collaborate across systems and software engineer team members to determine organizational readiness for assessment, as well as in conducting process assessments.
Lead teams in conducting formal and informal process assessments; perform analysis of findings and develop and provide process recommendations.
Establish meaningful process improvement plans; assess improvement plan acceptance, implementation, and progress.
Evaluate system and software engineering processes to identify and address challenges with process workflows, organizational structure, and/or process alignment and planning.
Define process improvement strategies.
Consume and capture lessons learned from process improvement initiatives; develop and conduct training to address process implementation gaps.
Lead process improvement efforts leveraging CMM/CMMI or similar process models.
Education, Experience, & Skills
Must possess active TS/SCI level of clearance with polygraph
Candidate must possess ten (10) years of experience managing and implementing process improvement efforts on Programs and Contracts of similar scope.
Candidate must possess five (5) years? experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation; to include process engineering across acquisition identifying best practices, change and business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, and/or information system development methods and practices.
Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business. Education from an accredited college or university is required.

Job scope and responsibilities are aligned to office-oriented work. There are no expectations associated with physical labor.
Job candidates can expect to provide project delivery services in an office environment where sitting in meetings, attending briefings, typing, and viewing content via paper artifacts and computer monitors.
