Latitude, Inc. Six Sigma Training Project Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Growing government contractor looking to hire a Six Sigma Training Project Manager.

The position does require a DOD SECRET clearance.

The qualified candidate will offer specialized training may include but not limited to, Train the Trainer, End User training, Brown Bag Sessions, and Management training on the Lean Start Up methodologies. Training shall include Lean Start Up methodologies, including, but not limited to Customer Discovery, Value Propositions Canvas, and Mission Model Canvas, and Minimal Viable Products, and experimentation methods. The contractor shall integrate Lean Start Up training with requirements training and processes, where applicable. All training materials will be developed at the unclassified level. The contractor is expected to support the 2- Day Workshop at least with four classes per year and specialized training at least four times per year for the client and Mission Partner employees.

The Contractor shall develop and manage all materials for students and provide the material and any updates to the government before each class. Training will include:

  • Facilitate, design, develop and execute end-user Lean Start Up training to the client?s workforce and mission partners

  • Provide Train-the-trainer training and web-based training approaches for team building-and performance measurement

  • Develop client-specific Innovation training templates for use by the client?s workforce

  • Automate training templates

  • Facilitate I-Corps training at Field sites

  • Facilitate specialized training sessions

  • Facilitate Train the Trainer for client and mission partners Lean Start Up or I-Corps Instructors

  • Integrate training and artifacts into Agency requirements training and innovation environments

  • Establish and collect program metrics to determine effectiveness of the program

  • Recommend new processes, templates, and continuous improvement for client Innovation Program

  • Student End-Of-Course Skills Assessments

  • Post-Class Surveys

  • Training After-Action Reports

  • Course Metrics

  • Recommend new processes, templates, and continuous improvement for Client Innovation Program

Mentor/Coaching Support

The employee shall provide mentoring and coaching on the Lean Start Up methodologies. Mentoring and coaching shall include Lean Start Up methodologies, including, but not limited to Customer Discovery, Value Propositions Canvas, and Mission Model Canvas, and Minimal Viable Products, and experimentations methods and processes. Mentoring will include:

  • Develop mentoring and coaching material for Client Lean Start Up Facilitators

  • Facilitate Lean Startup or ICorps cohort?s workshops four times per year

  • Facilitate Mentoring and Coaching Sessions for project teams and Cohorts and Lean Start Up Facilitators

  • Mentor project teams through Lean Start up process as required.

  • Facilitate ICorps mentoring, and coaching at Field sites at least once per year.

  • Recommend new processes, templates, and recommendations for incorporating lean methodologies into innovation Program

  • Develop and facilitate a mentoring module with three 1 hour sessions on specific subjects (e.g., ?Experiments for Lean Start Up Practitioners?).
