Roles & Responsibilities
RBR is a growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that is expanding its capabilities delivery footprint across the National Security Agency (NSA). To meet this demand, RBR Technologies, Inc. is hiring System Engineers (SE) to satisfy a host of delivery opportunities throughout the Enterprise. You will be part of a talented team that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. System engineer candidates for this contract are expected to apply sound engineering principles across the spectrum of systems life cycle, from conception to retirement. Our SE candidate must be comfortable engaging across Government leadership levels while being respectful and thorough when shaping, presenting and defending recommendations for solving SE challenges. In summary, SE scope includes, but is not limited to the below:
Be responsible for technical integrity, quality and completeness of work performed in support of capability delivery; align delivery to one or more of twenty-five (25) process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.
Lead contractor systems engineering activities.
Approve work product delivery for multiple ISO/IEC15288 process areas.
Prepare for and deliver briefings/presentations to stakeholders regarding technical standing and status of projects.
Education, Experience, & Skills
Must possess active TS/SCI level of clearance with polygraph
Candidate must have education and training in one of the following engineering fields, to include Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems and Engineering Management.
Candidates must have five (5) years' experience in DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or Federal Enterprise Architectural Framework (FEAF), and three (3) years in project or technical management.
Labor category supports spectrum of educational backgrounds
High school/GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
Master?s degree from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
PhD from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Job scope and responsibilities are aligned to office-oriented work. There are no expectations associated with physical labor.
Job candidates can expect to provide project delivery services in an office environment where sitting in meetings, attending briefings, typing, and viewing content via paper artifacts and computer monitors.
