As an EAM professional, you’ll be focused on bringing solutions and strategies to advancing our clients work & asset management capabilities. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible driving the sales pipeline and designing EAM predictive maintenance and APM solutions for customers with the objectives of increasing revenue, profitability and market competitiveness; ensuring that solutions provided meet customer requirements; and ensuring the design and delivery of complex solutions as per customer requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
The EAM Senior Manager will provide consulting services to EAM clients, helping them improve business performance.
Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in the EAM space
Promote an effective forum for sharing EAM expertise
Strengthen our collective EAM knowledge, helping resolve our clients EAM challenges
Work with the business development team to jointly assess customer opportunities
Be the voice of the predictive maintenance market; gather and consolidate market observations and trends and manage Thought Leadership efforts, in the creation of high quality; timely and high-impact outputs. Promoting an environment of shared success and team-work, connecting staff with peers across different practices and consulting areas
Alongside brand marketing and communications, implement a communication strategy of providing invaluable industry insight, including webinars, white papers, events, etc.
Support development of new APM, predictive maintenance opportunities in conjunction with the business development teams
Where appropriate, provide consultancy to customers in the development of their requirements
Actively participate in the RFI/RFP process and development of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary
Present technical solutions to customers, both formally and informally, as required
Author high-quality, informative content as a with solution descriptions, diagrams as part of the RFI/RFP process
Validate order documentation before submitting it to the delivery team
Provide additional information and advice to the Service Delivery and Operations team during the implementation that drive successful delivery engagements that are profitable and of the highest quality
Provide various levels of reports for top opportunities, weekly progress reports and ad-hoc reports requested by management
Maintain and upskill knowledge of various products, services and industry practices

To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Finance or a related field
We are looking for this individual to have a background and experience in Thought-Leadership or Client Engagement, achieved within an EAM strategy/consulting environment.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 7 years of related work experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience delivering Maximo services to EAM clients
Have considerable and demonstrable experience of People Management and Business Development
Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
Flexibility to work across advisory services if needed
Proven work experience in one or more of the following areas: Utility (Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Nuclear), Oil and Gas, Media and Entertainment, Regulatory, Customer, Supply Chain, Finance Transformation, implementation.
Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required
Ideally, you’ll also have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Utility experience a major plus
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
EAM product experience a major plus
EAM Configuration tools desired
