ASRC Federal Holding Company is looking for candidates to support a government contract in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a pipeline requisition.
Position: Project Manager
Location: Annapolis, MD
Minimum: Must be clearable
Preference: Active Secret Clearance and above
Manages, leads, guides and coordinates all activities of large, complex and mission critical credentialing/vetting systems.
Manages and oversees all aspects of projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving cost, scheduling, technology, methodology, and tools.
Ensures that the technical solutions and schedules of the system are implemented in a timely manner.
Leads, guides and coordinates projects through their project lifecycle from initiation to closing.
Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective actions.
Ensures projects are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with established scope, schedule, cost and technical requirements.
Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.
Proactively identifies and manages risks and issues to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
Continuously builds and maintains strong business relationships with the Customer and all stakeholders.
Interfaces with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project priorities are aligned with the Customer's mission, goals and expectations.
Tracks, updates, and communicates project status in a timely and proactive manner as it relates to project progress, budget/cost, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, and opportunities.
Leads and supports Agile and DevOps initiatives.
Provides daily supervision and direction to staff.
