As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2021 and June 2022.

Potential Placement Areas:

Merchandising

Merchandising Rookies support our teams with market trends and competitor research. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Analytics, or Consumer Insights.

Product Line Management (PLM)

PLM Rookies support our business by working closely with their team to understand how to creatively drive your business by building profitable, market right, consumer right product that is in line with department and company financial targets. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Fashion Merchandising, Sports Product Management, Project Management, or Analytics.

Footwear Development

Footwear Development Rookies support the product creation execution strategy by interacting with merchandising, manufacturing, design and sourcing. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Engineering, Industrial Design, or Product Development.

Sourcing

Sourcing Rookies support our teams with sourcing strategic activities, cost modelling and analytics for UA’s material supply chain. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or Economics.

Materials

Materials Rookies support our team in testing new materials and communicate with factories or internal stakeholders. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Materials, Textiles or Polymer and Fiber Science/Engineering.

Planning and Allocation

Planning and Allocation Rookies support the coordination and distribution of new product assortments by utilizing merchandise plans and product strategies. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Retail Merchandising/Buying, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, Finance, or Economics.
