Position Summary
The Associate Product Line Manager for Performance Essentials Footwear will be given an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing brand. In this role of APLM for Performance Essentials Footwear, you will report to a Sr. PLM and contribute to the product creation efforts which include line planning and the commercialization of Performance Essentials Footwear. You will be responsible for creating insightful and impactful product briefs, analyzing consumer and competitive trends in the market. You'll also work with the product creation team to create impactful presentations to sell-in the product at the appropriate gates and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the catalog and other sales tools.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Sr. PLM in the product creation process to outline and manage seasonal business plans
Work closely with your Sr. PLM to understand how to creatively drive your business by building profitable, market right, consumer right product that is in line with department and company financial targets
Understand and create regularly utilize sales plans, selling reports, and margin reports to interpret style information that is relevant to your categories
Be fluent with our systems, and relied on to maintain updated style information in our database
Support in product category presentations internally and externally
Work across the GTM functions to influence and collaborate with Marketing, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Key Accounts, Innovation and key leaders to ensure clarity, support of the seasonal strategy, and ultimately a dialed in GTM execution
Be the expert on the Performance Essentials Consumer
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Strong presentation, time management, collaboration and influencing skills. Team Player Attitude
Experience mining consumer insights & translating into product solutions
Ability to multi-task across categories and functions
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Product marketing and Consumer insight experience
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 1-3 years of product line management experience or related work experience
Other Requirements
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (5-10%)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Relocation
