Job Description:

Parsons seeks to hire a Business Operations Manager to handle the management and administration of operational tasks under the direction of a Program Manager. The Business Operations Manager will manage day-to-day internal business processes for a specific program area. Will assist in project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources and management thereof. Serves as primary interface to corporate accounting, legal, and HR. Manages inside sales operations, internal inventory, risk management, customer terms and conditions negotiations and closure of aged receivables. Prepares and updates operating plans; coordinates with product managers, and corporate AP/AR/contracting functions as required. Generates quotations on standard products and custom work as required; coordinates quotation follow-up activities with customers and product managers. Reconciles purchase orders with quotes, including payment terms, delivery schedule, etc. Acts as customers' sales point-of-contact from receipt of PO through delivery of products and services. Coordinates service/product deliveries, to include: PO travelers, daily delivery activities, domestic and export/import documentation, service and product invoicing, warranty status, etc. Coordinates with sale representatives to perform the tasks identified. Supports the Division Director, as requested, with daily business operations to include personnel issues, facility requirements, computer and equipment needs and wants. assist in marketing, presentation, conference organization and implementation. Provides administrative support to personnel in conjunction with the shared services team.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 16+ years of experience or a Master's with 14+ years of experience.

US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain US Government Security Clearance
