TEKsystems Dispatcher in BALTIMORE, Maryland
It is a Dispatcher role which means handling the switchboard and appropriately entering the calls, if necessary, into ConnectWise (their ticketing system) and routing it to the correct agent. They will also be responsible to ensuring the volume in the ticketing system que stays low and following through to ensure calls are resolved.
