Grade: NC

Job Duties:Under general supervision, but according to established policies and procedures, performs various duties under the functional areas of Inventory Management and Receiving. These duties include, but are not limited to: receiving, shipping, ordering supplies, determining inventory levels and monitoring supplies using JHHS Materials Management Information Systems.

Full Time (40 hours)

Evening Shift

Weekend work is required

Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certificate.

Knowledge: Knowledge of the principles for receiving, storing, picking, staging, and shipping materials. Knowledge of the methods and procedures of taking inventory and determining inventory levels. Computer knowledge in using work processing, spreadsheet and bar code software systems.

Skills:Good Verbal communication skills in dealing with users and vendors.Typing ability, primarily using PC Keyboard.A demonstrated history of problem solving skills

A minimum of two (2) years' experience in inventory management including receiving, storing, and staging materials is preferred. And a minimum of six (6) months experience of using automated inventory management computer systems is preferred.

Work areas may be noisy and crowded
