HealthTronics often mobilizes Lithotripsy services through a partnership model with physicians, so we share in their success and challenges. Our services allow physicians to focus on their patients, while we focus on the operations and economics of the partnership.
We are currently seeking a Managing Director of Partnership Management responsible for managing the profitability and revenue growth strategy of a portfolio of Partnerships. Acting as each Partnership’s “CEO”, this role is the key liaison between the Partnership physicians and HealthTronics.
We have a new role just created covering New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts . The role will be home based with frequent travel to partnerships in their geographical territories. Home base near Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore or DC is ideal.
Experience working directly with Physician investors in practice management or ancillary business models such as joint ventures and other investment opportunities.
Experience in financial analysis within medical technology, medical services, or physician services.
Extensive understanding of financial management including the ability to translate financial goals into actions plans for the Partnerships they serve.
Experience in relationship management and meaningful collaboration with physicians.
Must have impeccable communications skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of payor and/or facility contracting is preferred.
Working with Urologists and knowledge of Urology including clinical operations is a plus.
Experience in recruitment of physicians to engage in investment opportunities also a plus.
Serve as the lead partnership manager or “CEO” of each partnership assigned.
Maintain strategic and consistent communication with physician “partners”.
Obtain optimum efficiency, and operational execution and financial performance.
Act as a strategic contact with contracted facilities in the Partnerships’ service areas to ensure excellent service is being delivered to further patient care and satisfaction.
Coordinates with clinical operations through departmental interface for smooth workflow and cost-efficient service delivery.
Lead contract development and renewal processes for Partnerships in collaboration with Contracting and Sales Support.
