Aerotek Project Manager in Baltimore, Maryland


Our General Contractor construction client is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to their management team. This position will be responsible for overseeing a variety of types of projects including: Office Interviews, Medical Office Space, Healthcare Clinics, etc. The majority of projects will be in the $250k to $1 million range. PM will be tasked with manager 1-2 projects at a time. Will be responsible for overseeing all paperwork and scheduling for projects. Will also be tasked with visiting the site for progress meetings and to interact with Owner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Must have at least 5+yrs of experience as a commercial Project Manager

-Strong experience in interior fit out projects. Medical experience is preferred.

-Experience managing a project budget.

-Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-Ability to communicate and coordinate multiple subcontractors.

-Ensure all permits and compliance paperwork is completed to keep the project on schedule.

-Experience managing construction documents including: RFI, Submittals, Change-Orders, Blueprints etc.
