UX Designer Responsibilities:
Leverage a user-centered, design-thinking approach to execute research, discovery, ideation, creation and delivery of solutions that simplify the complex for our users.
Research internal and external customer needs to develop new design concepts.
Use customer-driven insights and agile principles to deliver improved customer experiences.
Use a variety of methodologies (e.g., design research, collaborative work sessions, prototyping) to achieve project objectives in changing business contexts.
Develop and iterate rapid models of proposed design solutions for the purposes of communication, evaluation, and user testing.
Delivering in the full design product life cycle of the customer journey, incorporating digital experience and service design for a holistic experience that goes beyond the screen.
UX Designer Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Experience Design, including mobile interfaces, deploying and maintaining production features to users at scale for consumer experiences.
Expertise in Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq and Abstract.
Experience operating in an agile environment.
Axure experience
Must possess the following skillsets: service design, digital design, prototyping, UX design, user research, and content strategy.
Must have agency or financial background.
