All Roads Service Technician in Baltimore, Maryland

If you are mechanically inclined with previous automotive experience we want to talk to you! Norris Auto Group is currently seeking an Automotive Technician for our growing Ford team in Dundalk, MD! Ford experience is a plus! The Automotive Technician is responsible for minor and major vehicle maintenance and repairs with little to no supervision on full line of Ford vehicles. We are currently looking for experienced and apprentice level technicians. This is a full time position with benefits.

  • Perform light vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections

  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions

  • Record measurements for brake pad and tire wear

  • Complete all types of vehicle flushes

  • Perform in-depth repairs to an assortment of vehicles

  • Mentor Express Technicians

  • Maintain and organize shop and work space

  • All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • 3 years of Automotive experience

  • ASE Certifications preferred

  • Ford certifications a plus!

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
