Plans, executes and manages the construction of additions, alterations and renovations. Coordinates project team and workload, maintains budgets and documentation, and assures safety compliance. Authorizes construction change orders up to $50,000. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Sr. Director or Project Executive for Design and Construction.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 8 years related experience, 4 of which as a
project manager or similar position OR
HS/GED and 16 years related experience, 4 of which as a project manager
or similar position
