Position Description:

As the training lead, this role is responsible for planning, development and implementation of training initiatives required to support a successful deployment for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Provider Enrollment Chain and Ownership System (PECOS) project.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Evaluate the program’s end user community and develop, review and maintain Training deliverables to include:

• Training Plan

• Training Curriculum

• Training Summary Plan

• Plan of Instruction

• Develop, implement, and monitor training activities as stated in the Training Plan

• Manage the preparation and delivery of training activities specific to target learner requirements to include:

• instructor led training course-ware

• eLearning course-ware

• job aids

• online knowledge repository

• Supporting/supplemental materials to include end user and help desk support guides.

• Provide supervision to the training team, assign tasks and manage the team’s workload

• Lead and conduct weekly status meetings (internal and client facing); prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, supporting materials as applicable

• Track, monitor, and resolve Training risks, issues, and action items

• Provide status in accordance with program cadence

• Implement consistent look and feel of all training materials

• Build solid relationships and collaborate across functional teams on the program, including Organizational Change Management, Communications, Deployment, and Support teams as needed.

• On-board and conduct orientation of new hires

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 8-10 years designing and developing course curriculum and training materials

• 3+ years executing classroom training

• 2+ years creating eLearning/CBT content

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

• Strong command of MS Office tools
