Kforce Senior Service Coordinator in Beltsville, Maryland

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Service Coordinator in Beltsville, MD. Summary:The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the staff is preparing maintenance schedules and service schedules, ensuring staff are scheduling the appropriately skilled technicians for projects, completing work order audit process for all staff generated work orders daily, and providing accurate customer contact information and job specific scope information to technicians.

  • Five (5) plus years of working in an HVAC Service environment

  • Two (2) plus years of supervisory experience preferably in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of mechanical systems a must

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills

  • Proven experience working with CMMS Systems

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to multitask

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong Computer skills
