Commercial Real Estate - Senior Asset Management Analyst

The Asset Management Centralized Process Analyst will play a key role in supporting all of Asset Management’s centralized functions, including but not limited to: financial statement collection, reserve draw disbursements, property repair monitoring, and inspection reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor multiple email inboxes for receipt of borrower information requests

  • Perform preliminary review of borrower reimbursement submissions for completeness

  • Order and coordinate inspections and title searches from our supporting third-party vendors

  • Preparation of cash disbursement forms with supporting documentation

  • Maintain and update inspection, repairs, and deferred maintenance tracking systems

  • Circulation of requests for approval from Asset Managers related to inspection reviews, reimbursement requests, and financial collections

  • Perform basic documentation analysis to confirm specific requirements of loan documents are adhered to

  • Assist with the collection and submission of Agency requests for documentation

  • Coordinate with borrowers to clarify property repair expectations and assist with the collection of documentation

  • Assist with borrower request letter generation

  • Assist with small projects related to process improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google suite of products
