The CRM Marketing Professional 2 will work side-by-side with team leaders and Stars business partners to understand business goals for our outreaches, assist the team in executing strategies to meet those objectives, work with marketing partners on flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts.

Responsibilities

As a CRM Marketing Professional 2 you will:

  • Be a key part of a team that consults with business partners and develops communications solutions for our members

  • Provide input on communications strategies and implement campaigns for one of the company's top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices

  • Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment

  • Play a key role with other team members to achieve Stars business goals

  • Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and implement projects/campaigns

  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or communications related field (marketing leadership, project management, business strategy, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs

  • Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in marketing, communications or related field

  • Experience working in an agile team environment
