Aerotek Customer Service Representative in BETHESDA, Maryland


They are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has the ability to demonstrate empathy, quickly learn, adapt to an ever changing setting, and someone not afraid of the challenges that could arise from being 'relied on' by customers.

They will be reporting to the Manager of Identity Theft Assistance, this position is responsible for educating consumers about Identity Theft; helping subscribers to verify credit file; interpreting and analyzing consumers' written or verbal correspondence; and providing options for immediate Identity Theft resolution. This position helps and leads consumers with every step of Identity theft fraud resolution. The role maintains the integrity of the internal database by ensuring data quality and accuracy.

Ability to work phones through computer systems and within the CRM.


Ability to learn and work remotely

Ability to communicate- read, write, and analyze to then provide guidance in Spanish.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume call center environment required (credit, finance or mortgage industries preferred). •
