Enterprise Systems Architect

Key Role:

Design and develop complex voice, data, and multi-media communications network solutions. Employ expert knowledge of voice and data transport facilities, protocols, operating systems, and standards and regulations for public and private data networks. Use required capacities for the analysis of existing and emerging products and services. Locate, evaluate, and specify products, services, and vendors and work with vendors to evaluate new products and resolve equipment design problems. Prepare reports to inform and advise senior technical staff and management, as necessary. Provide innovative solutions to complex functional problems that impact function's success and lead tasks, including planning, execution, staff oversight, and status reporting for significant initiatives. Bring industry-level expertise to this function and recommend changes to remain up-to-date or competitive.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with enterprise architecture for the federal government and the intelligence community

-Experience with delivering solution architectures for large complex enterprise transformation efforts, requiring the deployment of shared services

-Experience with enterprise computing and enterprise class commercial technologies

-Knowledge of IT functions and services supporting IC and the missions of its respective agencies

-Ability to present to senior management in key meetings for processes and other assignments, including briefing responsibilities to groups of varying sizes

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, EE, Information Systems, or IT
