Customer Value Partners, Inc Senior Validation Engineer in Bethesda, Maryland

CVP is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer in support of our federal healthcare client who is an essential service provider to the “research enterprise” of the world’s foremost and largest cancer research entity. This is a mature organization that effectively and efficiently serves scientific computing and informatics support needs of NIH. Our team will consist of SME’s with deep expertise in health and biomedical IT and informatics services, as well as clinical and biomedical research experience.

  • Manage and provide informatics and validation and verification support for CRRI activities including but not limited to the following:

  • Design, develop, document, test, and deploy software to support validation and verification of treatment studies.

  • Design, develop, document, test, and deploy software to support validation and verification of clinical trial informatics.

  • Design, develop, document, test, and deploy software to support validation and verification of assay findings.

  • Serve as a key technical contributor to all level validations of server platforms.

  • Work across functional teams to develop and execute test plans which will verify product functionality, adherence to specifications and production requirements.

  • Shall be responsible for drafting and executing Operational, and Performance qualification protocols.

  • Debug, identify root causes and resolve issues as they occur.

  • Evaluate and analyze validation data collected during projects, verify adequacy of the data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Science or Physical Science with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Process Validation.

  • 6+ years of experience contributing to the validation of server platforms.

  • 6+ years of experience developing and executive test plans.

  • 6+ years of experience analyzing validation data.

  • Experience drafting and executing Operational, and Performance qualification protocols.

  • Must meet all requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust Clearance.

Desired Skills

  • Possess knowledge, expertise, and experience in supporting biomedical and/or research information technology and informatics.

  • Knowledge and experience with NIH processes, procedures, technologies, and applications are a strength.

  • Possess leadership/managerial experience.

  • Possess leadership/managerial experience at National Institute of Health (NIH).
