BRIVO SYSTEMS LLC Tradeshow and Event Marketing Specialist in Bethesda, Maryland

About the Role

As a Tradeshow and Event Marketing Specialist, you will drive event attendees and post-event lead management and communications.

In this highly visible role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Working closely with sales, product management and marketing to plan and execute tradeshows and regional events in North America as well as provide support to European events

  • Facilitating all aspects of tradeshow planning, including event registration, marketing, coordination with internal stakeholders, cross-team collaboration, onsite staffing and post-event reporting

  • Executing and managing event logistics, including booth design, vendor payment, shipping, travel and on-site set-up, and tear-down

  • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with show personnel and vendors

  • Executing communication strategy for each show, including pre and post-show communication across email and social media

  • Coordinating creation of event materials, signage and messaging

  • Managing and tracking expenses and ROI for all events

  • Overseeing lead capture efforts, including working with onsite staff and uploads into Salesforce

  • Maning inventory and condition of all tradeshow properties and company collateral

  • Supporting and managing logistics for regional events with sales team both in North America and Europe

About You

  • You thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are the norm

  • You work well cross functionally, and attention to detail and organization are your strong suits

  • You have 2 - 4 years of tradeshow and/or event management experience in a B2B role

  • You?re a strong communicator

  • You have an ability to manage tradeshow booths from concrete to display, without the support of an exhibit house

  • You are available to travel to regional and national tradeshows as needed (up to 20%)
