Position Summary:

This poistion is resposible for working with the District's Sales Team and will focus on penetrating and expanding market share in the assigned vertical market. This position will also be responsible for acting as a SME within the vertical market business lines.

Duties and Resposibilities:

  • Supporting Sales efforts by developing and leveraging relationships with key decision makers within the businses vertical community.

  • Work with the Sales Team in identifying market opportunities and developing and implementing a strategic capture plan.

  • Develops and supports vertical market business strategy.

  • Evaluating opportunties in the vertical market business lines.

  • Professional design and implementation experience.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience

  • Strong understanding of the construction market

  • 3-5 years relevant experince in the business vertical

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

  • 5-10+ years relevant experience in the business vertical

Additional Skills and Certifications :

  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships within the business vertical

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Works well in a collaborative team environment

  • Problem solver with strong organizational skills
