responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Perform due diligence on prospective new products and projects
Review offering memos received from various fund managers
Perform research and analysis on various industries and companies
Handles the financial analysis and modeling of investment opportunities
Monitor investment performance and make appropriate recommendations to management
Provide general financial markets and industry research
Prepare investor reporting as needed
Utilize Excel and Access to create needed management reporting
Prepares projections of net operating income and cash flow
Performs other duties as assigned
qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably within Finance, Economics, or Accounting
0 -1 year of total experience; previous work within a financial services environment preferred which can include internship experience
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data to leadership
Proficient with Excel and Access database
Attention to detail is a must
