The Regional Market Director is responsible for the overall operational excellence of the Mid-Atlantic Region and requires 50%+ travel. This position is critical to Solis Mammography as the Regional Operations Director impacts the long-term viability of the company by ensuring centers within the region provide outstanding care, deliver accurate and efficient results to patients, promote Team Member engagement, mentor current, and future leaders while ensuring revenue and profit growth.
? Understands, promotes and demonstrates Solis Mammography Brand Promise;? Absorbs Center Director duties for centers in the region that do not have an assigned Center Director;? Effectively handles patient complaints and escalates as appropriate, as evidenced by patient survey scores;? Assists Center Director in analyzing of schedule templates, staffing, operating statements, andpreparation of MOR;? Ensures MQSA compliance as it relates to tracking, QA/QC, and credentials by reviewing required recordkeeping at each regions center;? Ensures compliance with all Policies and Procedures;? Builds positive, professional relationships with members of the community;? Maintains confidentiality of patient and Team Member information 100% of the time;? Participates in regional strategic planning and budget development;? Organizes electronic communications and maintains documents for easy and efficient retrieval;? Brings issues which could have a significant impact on the business to VP of Operations within 24 hours.
SALES AND PROFIT:
? Region meets or exceeds labor target;? Region meets or exceeds medical supplies budget;? Region meets or exceeds revenue target;? Region meets or exceeds profitability target;? Region meets or exceeds patient care goals;? Region meets or exceeds turnaround time and cost for procedures;? Reviews and analyzes monthly P&L with Center Directors and develops plans to impact areas of opportunity.
? Mentors and develops Center Directors and future leaders in the region;? Quarterly meeting with radiologist to review region?s budget, workflow, and operations;? Oversees the human resource management function at the center and follows up on a Regional basis,ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, guidelines, and procedures;? Sends critical documentation (EEO charges, garnishments, legal documents) to Addison office within 24hours of receipt and follows up accordingly;Creates and maintains frequent and open communication and positive relationship with Team Members as evidenced by surveys and turnover;?Supports time and attendance record keeping;?Assist in review of candidates in applicant tracking system and determines next steps to include, reviewing applications, releasing candidates, scheduling interviews, etc. on a weekly basis;?Participates in interviews, job offers and facilitates orientation for new Team Members, as needed;?Uses new hire orientation PowerPoint on the first day of employment for all new hires as evidenced through new hire checklist agenda;?Communicates significant disciplinary coaching and counseling opportunities to Direct Supervisor;?Completes and conducts performance evaluation discussions on a 90 day and annual basis;?Utilizes virtual file cabinet in payroll system and uploads pertinent documents;?Meets with regional leadership on a weekly basis to review center activities and needs;?Meets with Vice President of Operations on a weekly basis to review center activities and needs;?Attends team meetings on a monthly basis to review center activities, build camaraderie and solicit feedback
