Aerotek Construction Manager in Crofton, Maryland
Aerotek Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Manage r to join our clients team directly. Our client is a Residential Production Builder . They need a Construction Manager to support several new homes communities. This position will be responsible for running new home construction for a housing community. This position will be responsible for overseeing up to 50 houses a year in a community. The CM will be responsible for paperwork, scheduling, subcontractor management and client communications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5+yrs of experience working for a production home builder in a similar role.
Scheduling, coordinating, inspecting, monitor job progress
Attention to detail
Direct progress of each home under construction
Supervise all field activities and personnel
Ensure full compliance with contract documents/vendor scopes, ensure company safety/security standards are met
Maintain quality control, coordinate approval process with governmental agencies throughout building process up to and to include the final occupancy
Communicate with customers on a weekly basis; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
