Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst intheFinance & Enterprise Performance team you will:
Provide financial accounting, analysis, reporting, internal controls, and process improvement support to a client s Resource Management Center/Comptroller (RMC) organization
Assist client s comptroller personnel and program/financial managers with the review, documentation, and development of end-to-end business processes and systems to include accounting operations, financial analysis, and internal controls workstreams
Provide analysis of operational accounting and associated financial management processes and reports
Support testing of financial balances and business process documentation
Function within a team environment to identify business process improvements
Prepare project deliverables and work products
Conduct analysis and review/testing of operational accounting data and recommend appropriate corrective actions

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
1 year of relevant consulting or industry experience in financial analysis, transformation or strategic initiatives
Ability to maintain the required Secret Clearance for this role
Travel up to 25% (While 25% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Prior Internal Controls/MICP experience
Applicant must possess good interpersonal and communication skill and the ability to work independently as well as with team
Position requires strong financial analysis and accounting skills as applied to program management and federal accounting/financial management
Demonstrate organization and analytic skills in a problem-solving environment
Ability to work independently, under general guidance
Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion
Experience working in a team environment
Professional oral and written communication skills
Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
