The Challenge:

When our country’s Cybersecurity is on the line, simply reacting is not enough – we need a plan. And when that plan needs to protect all current operations through the phases of planning, approval, and execution for the DoD, we need strategic policy development. That’s why we need you, and Offensive Cyberspace Fires Planner with the skills to analyze the policies that determine our Cyber resilience.

As a Fires Planner on our team, you’ll help leverage expertise in military operations. This will include all current operations through the phases of planning, approval, and execution of current Cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and its areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll help develop a strategic Cyber roadmap to provide client leadership with situational awareness of projects, crisis action teams, and current operations activities across client missions. You’ll work with the client to help them operate securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. Join us as we protect Join us as we help the DoD, Cyber policy development.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with fires or targeting

  • Ability to analyze, organize, and recommend policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrines, and procedures for the joint fire coordination

  • Ability to coordinate targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinate commands, and supporting commands, and synchronize and implement targeting methodologies and prioritization methods

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Completion of Joint Targeting School and Completion of Joint Planning Process and Non-Kinetic Fire Integration training

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience demonstrating oral and written communication skills to a broad audience

  • Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including strict attention to detail

  • BS degree preferred


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
