USCYBERCOM plans, coordinates, integrates, synchronizes and conducts activities to: direct the operations and defense of specified Department of Defense information networks and; prepare to, and when directed, conduct full spectrum military cyberspace operations in order to enable actions in all domains, ensure US/Allied freedom of action in cyberspace and deny the same to our adversaries.
USCYBERCOM Directorate of Intelligence (J2) plans, coordinates, integrates, and synchronizes full spectrum analysis and production of all-source intelligence to support USCYBERCOM's ability to direct the operation and defense of specified Department of Defense Information
Networks (DoDIN) and, when directed, support full spectrum military cyberspace operations in
order to enable actions in all domains, ensure US/Allied freedom of action in cyberspace, and deny the same to our adversaries.
Team Perspecta shall provide a broad range of intelligence services for USCYBERCOM IVO Fort Meade, MD, including intelligence planning, all-source analysis and production, collection management, joint target intelligence, counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Applies requirement management methodologies and best practices to assist in developing or reengineering processes in order to better align them with organization mission needs and priorities.
Acts as the conduit between a variety of J2 customers and the IT/KM Requirements Analyst to ensure KM requirements are incorporated into the overall requirement management cycle.
Identifies organization customers and suppliers; identifying key processes and documenting as needed
Designs, documents, and assesses new processes and all related DoD and Intelligence Community policies
Plans for new processes to include related changes in technology.
May lead and mentor junior knowledge managers.
Desired Education and experience: BS 10-12yrs, MS 8-10 yrs., Phd 5-7 yrs.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with CI polygraph
Desired Certifications: Knowledge management certification and/or other specialized training in knowledge management.
Other KSA: Knowledge and experience with DoD and IC intelligence dissemination portals to include HighPoint.
