SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee and implement marketing initiatives that directly support and improve online conversion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute website SEO and UX strategy, at a tactical level

  • Identify and evaluate digital trends for potential test activations

  • Conduct and manage A/B & variant testing to improve conversion and optimize the lead funnel

  • Research and present actionable insights on how to increase lead conversion and improve the prospect to the customer journey

  • Analyze SEO performance and implement optimizations; reporting on performance using Google Analytics and SEMRush

  • Manage agency partner execution of paid digital campaigns for social, PPC, OTT and programmatic.

  • Monitor and support reporting for all digital lead generation activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

  • Manage paid digital budget

  • Support target audience definition/segmentation, audience engagement via relevant and personalized content, and lead/prospect/customer lifecycle planning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ year of digital marketing experience, with a background in direct response lead generation

  • BA or BS required

  • Understanding of fundamentals and the ability to employ best practices for digital marketing functions including web development, lead generation (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc.)

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Console, Optimize).

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp, or similar tools. (Preference given to candidates with HubSpot certification)

  • Experience with website content management a must

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to analyze data, synthesize results, extract insight, develop recommendations, and present findings to senior management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is adept at managing multi-channel advertising campaigns specific to lead generation and understands how to optimize the full customer acquisition funnel from lead to sale.

  • Highly organized with the ability to plan and manage large scale projects independently

  • Hands-on, must be able to execute in addition to plan

  • Results-oriented strategist with the passion and expertise to dramatically grow business results

  • Project management and organization skills essential

  • Certified in Google Analytics

  • Experience with SEM Rush or similar SEO management tools

  • HubSpot certified

  • Salesforce experience
