How will you make an impact?
This role leads and develops the global distribution function of pharmaceutical products through a customer focused and continuous improvement strategy. Manages the warehouse operations to meet all quality and compliance requirements, site and department Key Performance Indicator (KPIs). Ensures all duties are performed safely, accurately and, efficiently.

Leads the warehouse staff ensuring operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliant manner to meet customers focused strategy. Implements/manages processes and procedures that ensure warehouse operations are 100% audit ready and compliant.
Initiates, leads, and/or support operational efficiency and process improvements related to the warehouse/logistics, DEA Administration and/or Imports/Exports.
Leads the warehouse operations to ensure the department supports / achieves all department / site metrics and KPIs.
Manages warehouse operations to ensure site exceeds min 98% inventory accuracy. Supports all operations functions in managing overall site inventory accuracy to the targets. Ensures obsolete, rejected, and waste materials are processed safely, accurately and efficiently.
Manages the company shipping processes. Ensures all outbound shipments are on time and in line with the clients and regulatory requirements.
Oversees and ensures all DEA Administration activities are performed as required by applicable regulations.
Manages staff performance, development, succession and performance management programs are in place for all staff.
Ensures the department staff completes accurately and on time all regulatory, deviation, Corrective And Preventative Action (CAPA), training requirements maintaining a zero past due position.
Manages the site material receiving, storage, transfer and picking processes. Ensures all material flow processes support the manufacturing operations as required to maximize service & efficiency whilst minimize cost and cycle time
Bachelor?s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Management
5 or more years of leadership experience in Logistics/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Distribution Operations is required.
Experience working with pharmaceuticals required.
APICS, Project Management, and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
