Operations Manager
Our Client is looking for an Operations Manager who will be working in the office overseeing the Supply and Distribution Center. You will be responsible to managing over 40 employees with 4-5 supervisor. The perfect candidate will have excellent problem solving skills, success in training/developing employees, and experience with flooring is preferred. The base salary for this position is $80-$90K.
Responsibilities
Excellent product knowledge specific to flooring preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational planning, problem solving and leadership skill
Proven sucess in driving process improvement and tracking performance/employee engagement
Perform day end functions: reconcile cash boc, charge invoices, credit card transactions and reconcile petty cash
Manage delivery accuracy, errors, productivity and set performance expectation
