Aerotek Landscape Architect in GLYNDON, Maryland
Our client is looking for a landscape architect to come in and join their team after having a great year in 2020. •Prepare landscape and hardscape plans, site plans, grading plans, forest stand delineation plans, forest conservation plans, construction details, documents, and administration, renderings, specifications, and associated reports. •Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams, clients and consultants. •Assist team with permitting of land development projects. •Assist Project Managers to track project schedules. •Lead and mentor employees. •Maintain client relationships at the project level. •Present plans and renderings to clients, reviewing agencies, and community meetings. •Inspect and document completed landscape design to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, evaluate quality of materials and work.

Top Skills Details:
- At least 3 years of Landscape Architecture or land development experience.
- At least 2 years working with MicroStation, Revit and AutoCAD.
- At least a BA in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
•Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketchup/Rhino/Lumion, and Revit. •Outstanding hand and digital graphic communication and rendering design skills. •Knowledge and understanding of State and local jurisdiction laws and regulations pertaining to local zoning ordinances, development review processes, land development standards and associated requirements. •Knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices and techniques of planning and development, zoning, urban design, and sustainability.
