Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Position Summary: The individual will serve as the EVM Consultant/Scheduler for Federal Government Programs. He/She will be the subject matter expert for all program activities related to scheduling and will provide expertise in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The individual will follow best practices in EVM, scheduling processes and protocols to ensure vertically and horizontally integrated schedules and scheduling products.
Location: Remote at the moment, reporting to Hanover, MD, after COVID restrictions have been lifted.
Function as a facilitator at all levels throughout the schedule development process and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development and/or maintenance of the WBS for schedule preparation and cost analysis.
Define and sequence project activities.
Track baseline and update performance.
Control and maintain the IMS and sub-schedules.
Evaluate schedule health consistent with the DCMA 14-point Assessment and other assessments.
Perform critical path assessments, analysis and reporting.
Prepare extracts from Microsoft Project for import into EVMS and other reporting tools.
Support EVMS maintenance and reporting.
Perform work with minimal supervision, assist in establishing objectives, and be able to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, System Engineering, or related discipline
Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience designing, analyzing, and implementing project schedules and integrated master schedules for Federal Government programs. In addition, the candidates should have experience preparing and maintaining a schedule for integration into an EVMS and other tools.
Experience managing Master schedules with multiple sub-schedules
Familiarity with Project VBA macros
