Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible the development of the AGS brand and for delivering marketing activities that contribute towards the goal of improving brand recognition, trust and ultimately drive purchase intent.

Working closely with the Product Marketing and Lead Management Teams you will play a major role in our content, social media strategies and brand campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will be expected to be as analytical and business savvy as you are creative and curious. You will require strong writing skills to effectively communicate our brand’s message, and data analysis skills, to extract value from reporting tools, keeping management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information and making recommendations.

Keeping abreast with marketing trends and competitor activities and the ability to think like a customer are essential in this role.


  • Lead global brand strategy development, in terms of market positioning and strategic direction.

  • Develop a messaging framework combined with a strong tone of voice that represents our brand’s identity across all channels.

  • Ensure a clear and consistent message is being delivered across all channels and measure message delivery.

  • Creation and promotion of brand related content across all channels.

  • Partner with internal communication to build an effective internal marketing strategy that results in increased engagement and employee brand ambassadors.

  • Ensure a consistent visual identity is being delivered across all channels.

  • Define PR goals, strategy and objectives including reputation management, awards and influencer relations.

  • Collaborate with AGS’ product marketing team to deliver the PR strategy.

  • Create and deliver effective and consistent external brand communications campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Internal Communication to develop, implement and manage the global CSR and Inclusion and Diversity external communication strategy.

  • Partner with Internal Recruitment on the development of the employer brand, and associated activities and assets.

  • Manage promotional materials and distribution channels globally.

  • Manage AGS’ external website strategy including but not limited to upgrades, content, performance, and ongoing projects in collaboration with Product Marketing and Lead Management.

  • Manage team to include creative resources and marketing specialist focused on web and social strategy.

  • Design and deliver AGS’s social media strategy including but not limited to select senior executives.

  • Manage brand presence in social networking sites including posting and commenting on relevant blogs.

  • Monitor trends in social media and the activities of main competitors in social media.

  • Manage the brand marketing budget.

  • Partner with internal teams to understand and plan strategies relative to current competitor and customer research.

  • Work with legal counsel on intellectual property.


  • 3- 5+ years of experience working in brand management.

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing.

  • Ability to lead a team and manage their development and success.

  • Strong track record of experience in managing external communications including brand, web, CSR and I&D.

  • Strong writing skills.

  • Natural communicator and negotiator with strong influencing skills.

  • Capable of presenting to a range of audiences with presence and style.

  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong relationships.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on generating results and increasing engagement.

  • Proven ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

  • Ability to perform independently in addition to collaborating within a team environment.

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
