Bridges Inc. Senior Project Manager in Hanover, Maryland
Bridges is expanding and is currently seeking an experienced customer focused Senior Project Manager to join our team in Hanover, MD. This individual will be responsible for managing two (2) Technical Task Orders (TTOs). As part of the individual responsibility, the individual will need to be able to contribute to the management of a system or software projects including needs analysis, system requirements management (assessment and tracking), project planning, resource allocation, cost and schedule projection, tracking and analysis, project tracking and oversite, subcontract management, quality assurance, configuration management (change control and configuration tracking) and process improvement activities.

This is a full-time Senior Project Manager with accountability to ensure that all portions of the Statement of Work (SOW) are completed and on time in accordance with the contract and Technical Task Order (TTO) deliverables. The Project Manager will also provide technical direction and/or decision making for the two (2) TTOs with the following skills:
TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree or higher and eight (8) years of professional experience is required.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.
Expertise in initiating, planning, directing and managing similar efforts.
Strong technical expertise with analytical, organizational, communication and people skills.
Demonstrated experience with managing a team of 20+ subcontractors with various skillsets.
Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Technology Management operations and with ITSM best practices.
Experience managing TTOs in a Department of Defense Information Technology environment.
Ability to communicate oral and written with all levels of management.
Provide high quality customer service at all times.
Track project deliverable and monitor and report on project progress.
Provide flexibility and manage changes that occur during execution.
Assist TTO team in escalating to proper Government resources.
Ability to generate and present Monthly Program Status Review (PSR) slides.
