Aerotek Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist in Hanover, Maryland


Job Summary:

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will manage key digital activities to acquire and retain both job seekers and clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and analytical individual with a passion for driving results and an understanding of emerging marketing technologies. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing high impact digital campaigns to create brand awareness and drive desired outcomes through the conversion funnel. This role will partner closely with other members of the marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders and digital agencies.

Essential Functions:

• Project manages and executes all digital advertising campaigns for Aerotek, Aston Carter and EASi, under supervision of the Digital Marketing Manager

• Partners with agencies to ensure campaigns meet KPIs, budgets, and deadlines

• Tests new ad channels and A|B tests existing channels to constantly drive more conversions at reduced costs

• Establishes and measures KPI’s in alignment with campaign objectives

• Partners with agencies/internal teams to develop creative and ensure consistency with Brand guidelines

• Actively monitors and reports campaign performance against various KPIs, including CPA, CTR, CPC, impression volume, clicks, etc., and optimizes accordingly

• Communicates campaign results to key stakeholders, and provides recommendations for optimization

• Drives continuous improvement in campaign results and customer experiences

• Project manages SEO strategies across all three web sites

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

• B.S. in Business / Marketing, Communications or related major or equivalent business experience

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing within a corporate or agency environment

• Solid understanding of digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

• Hands-on experience executing paid search and display advertising campaigns

• Experience partnering with agency resources

• Strong collaboration and communication with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams

• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion

• Ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
