The CBRNE/EOD Field Service Representative (FSR) position will be located at the Marine Core Systems Command (MCSC) sites such as Indian Head, Maryland- Jacksonville, North Carolina—Carlsbad, California and Okinawa, Japan supporting the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) requirement for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services. The FSR will provide operation, maintenance, supply support and training for the Family of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Systems (FCBRNS).
Performs equipment maintenance and repairs, supply chain operations, and tracking, inventory, equipment warranties, warehouse storage and inspections, and operator training of equipment.
Provides logistics planning and analyses, and supply chain and maintenance information (i.e. parts and consumable consumption status, shipping status, repair status, PM schedule, etc.)
Performs inspection and minor repair of organic program equipment.
Design scenario training for the SKO (Sets, Kits, and Outfits) programs.
Conducts New Equipment Training (NET) and On the Job Training (OJT) for all supported COTS equipment, including lesson plans and student handouts.
Design and deliver refresher training.
Manages CLS data base information.
Perform inventory management duties; to include, shelf-life tracking & warranty management
Creates and monitors inventory control logs for all CLS equipment, repairs and consumables, and aides the Government for logistics planning and analyses.
Maintain a Maintenance Management Program for all aspects of equipment maintenance, to include repair and calibration of equipment, replacement of consumables or spare parts, warranty execution and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of equipment.
Attends and successfully completes training courses for advanced level maintenance on COTS equipment.
Monitors mass casualty decontamination systems operation.
Develops and presents information and training in oral and written format.
Supervises and performs troubleshooting and repairs on small engine and hydraulic machines.
Performs diagnostics of complex equipment remotely, without having hands-on access.
Identify and coordinate hazardous material shipments, as well as transport and/or ship hazardous material.
Comply with all Turn Around Time required by the task order.
Support the government in conducting insertions/refresh to equipment supported.

- Works minimal supervision in a reliable manner to complete all tasks within schedule and quality standards.
Required Education & Experience:
High School Diploma and 1-5 years of experience.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiar with Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Equipment
General engine maintenance knowledge for servicing motor-powered equipment
Ability to design and implement training using unit CBRNE equipment
License & Certifications:
Class C driver’s license
S.E. A1-A8 Master Technician; Ford Motor Company Master Mechanic (only need 1 of these)
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
Warehouse work environment
May be required to lift up to 40lbs
