POSITION SUMMARY: The Installation Support Associate is responsible for ensuring the installation vehicles are loaded and prepared for scheduled installations as well as assisting with fleet management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Load and offload company vehicles.

  • Monitor and replenish installation hardware and other inventory in the warehouse and vehicles.

  • Ensure that all installation vehicles are fueled.

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections on all installation vehicles.

  • Perform basic routine maintenance on company vehicles (light bulbs, batteries, etc.).

  • Transport company vehicles to maintenance facilities as required.

  • Transport parts or materials to job sites.

  • Maintain a clean work area, both inside and outside of the building.

  • Maintain a safe work environment.

  • Assist manufacturing with the process of preparing materials for installation as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Certifications: Ability to obtain forklift certification

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED. One year of experience in a warehouse environment and/or carpentry.

  • Computer Skills: Ability to navigate a web browser and use a web-based application to view and respond to emails and monitor the job calendar. Ability to develop basic skills with 360 Salesforce software. Ability to use GPS navigation.
