GENERAL FUNCTION:
Maintain kitchen, dining and storage areas, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Positions and prepares raw foods for use by cooks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some experience working in food service at a school or institutional setting.
NOTE:Incumbent should exhibit the ability to accept instructions and perform routine tasks.
