Title:
Senior Electrical Engineer
Position Description/Job Responsibilities:
Under broad direction, the Senior Electrical Engineer will make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities of the company
Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies
Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area
Job role contributes directly to value creation
Performs tasks with little or no guidance and has demonstrated knowledge in the area of engineering expertise
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with ten (10) to fourteen (14) years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with six (6) to ten (10) years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
Applies and integrates engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military C-UAS systems, subsystems, lab tools, and test tools
Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation
Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, QA testing, or acquisition and resource management
Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military C-UAS systems, and associated support systems, or management information systems
Leads the execution of complex tasks
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
