Senior Electrical Engineer

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

  • Under broad direction, the Senior Electrical Engineer will make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on extensive engineering and related activities of the company

  • Negotiates critical and controversial issues with top-level engineers and officers of other organizations and companies

  • Performs advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority for broad program areas or in an intensely specialized area

  • Job role contributes directly to value creation

  • Performs tasks with little or no guidance and has demonstrated knowledge in the area of engineering expertise


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with ten (10) to fourteen (14) years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with six (6) to ten (10) years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

  • Applies and integrates engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military C-UAS systems, subsystems, lab tools, and test tools

  • Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation

  • Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, QA testing, or acquisition and resource management

  • Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military C-UAS systems, and associated support systems, or management information systems

  • Leads the execution of complex tasks

  • Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
