A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:
When our customers are having a bad day due to their dead car battery, losing their car keys, or breaking their phone, you get the chance to be the hero and press the reset button on their day! You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily whether it's in-store, on the phone, or online. As you educate customers on batteries, lighting, and electronic devices, you ensure that each customer feels valued.
In addition to interacting with our great customers, you also have the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment where you can expand your skills. You learn how to install car batteries, repair phones and tablets, cut and program car keys and remotes, and more! You find great satisfaction in helping customers find the correct solution to their battery, lighting, and cell phone problems, and you love working with such a great team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:
Providing our customers with EXPERT Sales and Service while in our store, on the phone, or ordering online
Setting up service tickets for our Tech team in areas of Phone/Tablet Repair, Automotive Key Cutting and Programming, Automotive Battery install and more!
Managing our customer special orders and providing adequate follow up
Stocking and Merchandising our store front - Keeping things looking fresh and new for our customers
Using operating systems such as Point of Sale, Company Communication, Testing and Diagnostic equipment, Key Programming equipment, etc.
Providing assistance in areas of operations such as inventory, recycling, cleaning, organization, etc.
Assisting our Tech Team with Phone/Tablet Repairs, Automotive Key/Remote Cutting and Programming, Automotive/Equipment Battery Installs, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:
18 years or older
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Physically capable of lifting 50+ Lbs on a regular basis
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Open availability for scheduling Opening, Closing, and Weekend shifts
Basic math skills including cash handling and inventory counting
Sales and Retail Experience Preferred

Our Customer Service Specialists need tobe availableto work the following shifts:
Opening Shifts - 8 AM to 4 PM
Mid-day Shifts - 10 AM to 6 PM
Closing Shifts - 12 PM to 8 PM
The typical schedule for this position includes a variety of shifts across 5 working days with the same 2 days off each week. Need a weekend off? No problem, just switch shifts with someone or use some vacation time. As long as you are flexible, we are flexible!
