Naval Sea Systems Command ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in Naval Surface Warfare Center, Maryland
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION within the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of CARDEROCK DIV NS. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10; currently $133,465.
You will lead and oversee the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Program.
You will brief Command Leadership and Stakeholders on CPI Program status as required.
You will support Command Subject Matter Experts to improve processes within their area of control utilizing the appropriate CPI tools.
You will coordinate Black and Green Belt training at the Command for employees that require training.
You will support Black and Green Belts with process improvement efforts including providing technical guidance where required.
Conditions of Employment
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector performing process improvement events to facilitate desired goals and objectives among cross functional groups.
